Local wineries could benefit from a new Wine Australia US Market entry program.
The program that starts later this year and will run in partnership between the state government & Wine Australia.
Last year SA Wine Producers exported $50 million dollars of labelled, bottled wine to the United States with some coming from the Adelaide Hills &Fleurieu Peninsula.
Wine Australia Chief Executive Officer Andreas Clark encouraged South Australian producers to take advantage of the opportunity to learn more about the US market and position themselves for export.
